The first night would likely be the worst as the reality hits you that your former life is gone, you are now in a strange and scary place with other prisoners, you're in a place where seriously bad things happen daily, all your friends and family are gone from your life, your freedom is they put you in that cell and those bars slam home, that's when you know it's for real. Whole life blown away in the blink of an eye, nothing left but all the time in the world to think about it.

Imagine being such a deranged, psychotic monster you beat a man to death just for being scared during his first night in prison. And none of the other guards even has the balls to stop it. I just love this scene so much. Hadley supposedly starting “sobbing like a little girl” when he was being arrested and at the start of the movie he beat a prisoner to death for crying. He just knew the same hell he put his prisoners through was waiting for him and same with the warden and thats why he killed himself. Lol not after beeakfast not after CSI. now. The Shawshenk Redenption is best movie i ever seen in this can watch great acting from Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins. I think Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins makes they best in this film. Congragulations for the writer because it's a Great story. Maybe it's simple but very strong and attractive the scenario the surprises make the film better... İ would like to thanks all the person who worked for this fantastic movie. The story takes you from the beginning and you are putting your self into the Tim and strong.
